Overview
The Antas Sewa Foundation celebrated International Yoga Day 2025 with a series of transformative and inclusive events, reaching over 4,000 participants including BSF personnel, NDRF units, medical students, civilians, and children across multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh
Led by Acharya Dharaveer Singh, the sessions combined traditional yoga, naturopathy, sujok therapy, and lifestyle guidance, creating a deep impact on the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of participants.
Traditional Yoga
Ancient practices and asanas taught by expert instructors to improve flexibility, strength and mental clarity.
Naturopathy
Natural healing methods focusing on the body’s inherent ability to maintain and restore health
Sujok Therapy
Korean healing technique using pressure points on hands and feet to treat various ailments and promote wellness.

Practical advice on incorporating yogic principles into daily routines for sustained health benefits.

- Acharya Dharaveer Singh conducting Common Yoga Protocol at BSF Tekanpur, Madhya Pradesh with over 2,000 jawans in perfect synchrony.

- 300+ NDRF jawans and civilians practiced yoga at Ram Ghat under the guidance of Ankit Pandey, with a special
demonstration by Sadhana Yadav. - On 19 June, 400+ NDRF personnel and nursing students practiced yoga at Sayed Modi Stadium under the guidance of Ankit Pandey, with a special demonstration by Sadhana Yadav.
